Greetings:
I am retired LAPD lieutenant and successful writer of university level text books. Moreover, I am very successful web-based publisher. Indeed, if you google my full name you will find more than 19,000 references to me. As a means of further introduction you may view my CV at www.hitechcj.com/id55.html. The websites generate a good income via google ad words, various affiliate programs and advertising.
However, I have been looking for a means to create residual income. I decide to put the weight of my readership behind a single MLM based business model. I chose this chose this specific model because:
1. It is new, having launched September 1.
2. My cousins, one of whom is a successful stock broker/educator and the other who
is an experienced web-based MLM business operator are behind the program. I grew up with them, trust their judgment and have seen their fruits of their previous ventures. I know one cousin consistently made 50-70K per month; and, I see the residual checks from that business. They have fully investigated and are participating – in essence, I go with the experts.
3. I have used the product and found that it does indeed perform as advertised.
4. The corporate founders and board members are of high quality, coming from traditional, successful and complimentary industries.
5. According to my cousins, who know MLM, the program has a solid compensation structure, business plan, and of course product.
My business plan is very straightforward. I am going to drive specific traffic to the product website. My various websites generate 500K hits per month; a conversion rate on affiliate programs that is consistently twice the national average; have grown by 30% per quarter for six quarters; grown my e-newsletter from zero to over 3K in 11 months, etc.
I have experimented in the last 96 hours with a banner ad on three specific webpages, a text ad on four specific webpages and a text posting to my myspace friends list. The tests worked as expected generating conversions, leads and inquires. My intentions are to build deep, placing all conversions and leads deep into the structure. I will only have three immediate downlines (new, interesting terminology for meJ), I will build four deep from those, three each. That is 241 “top tier.” From there, all leads and conversions will be built out, by the traffic from my site in increments of two.
Since I want to pass leads and conversions well down the line, I think that having the top 241 consist of people who understand and grasp the power of MLM marketing is essential. You see, what I do is write content that people want to read and that search engines can find. That is my talent. I can create and maintain readership – but I am looking for downline consultants who can manage the people placed below them and will actively contact the leads and work to convert them.
The initial target of this document is locations wherein MLM business operators are known to “lurk.” If you have experience in MLM marketing go to the website, I encourage you to fully explore the site, the product and then ponder my business plan. If you are interested, well, signing up isn’t rocket science.
